Please note that products and colours on our website are a guide only. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by Pointy Faces are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods.
Due to the natural ingredients in Pointy Faces handmade products, there may be variations in texture, scent and colour.
Even though our ingredients in Pointy Faces dog grooming products are human grade, natural or organic, there is still a chance that a very small number of pets may react or have an allergy to certain ingredients. Therefore, we recommend that all products are patch tested on a small observable area of skin 24 hours prior to full use. This will allow you to see if there is any redness, swelling, irritation or itching in the patch test area before continuing full use of the product. By using our products, you are accepting responsibility for any adverse reaction that may occur, however rare.
None of the statements or products on this website have been evaluated by a vet. Products and information provided is based on experience as a pet owner and customer feedback only. Any products or techniques mentioned are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
None of the information on this website is a replacement for veterinary advice. We will not be held responsible if products are not suitable for your pet, effect medication or any form of treatment. If in doubt we recommend that you check suitability of the product with your pets Veterinarian. This includes the suitability of Pointy Faces own branded products as well as all other products we supply.
Pointy Faces would always advise our customers that pets should be under constant supervision whilst using or wearing any of the products we supply. Pointy Faces will not be held liable for any accident or injury caused to pets as a result of misuse or unsupervised use.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Pointy Faces use PayPal and Stripe, which are secure online payment methods allowing the customer to pay with their PayPal account or a debit or credit card via PayPal or with a debit or credit card via Stripe. Once payment has been authorized, Pointy Faces will send you an automatic email confirming your order.
You will be notified within 3 working days, if any goods ordered are out of stock. All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Pointy Faces is entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason.
In the event of payment being declined or delayed by your card issuer/bank Pointy Faces shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Orders will usually be dispatched using Royal Mail or a courier services of our choice within 1-3 working days. Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.
For UK orders please allow up to a week for delivery after dispatch. For Europe and Worldwide please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Pointy Faces make every effort to dispatch goods on time, but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the necessary redelivery information and instructions must be followed by the customer.
Very occasionally Pointy Faces office may be closed. On such occasion customers can place orders via the website, however they will not be dispatch until the reopening of the office. If the office is closed a notice will be added to the checkout. By continuing to order, customers are agreeing to the delay in dispatch time.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Pointy Faces purchase, simply return the goods to us in the original condition including a copy of the original dispatch note and a note stating you wish to make the return for a refund or exchange.
Please contact us within 7 working days to arrange a return and all goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, to receive an exchange or refund (less postage and packaging).
In the case of an exchange of item (i.e. For change of size), include the returned item, a copy of the original dispatch note and a note stating which item you wish to exchange for. Please send your item to Pointy Faces, 7 Croft Villas, Narberth, Pembrokeshire, SA67 7DY.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
Once we receive the goods in its original condition, packaging and with labels or tags secured, a refund for their cost will be made. Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment i.e. through PayPal or Stripe. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. parts missing etc. will not be replaced or refunded.
If you receive goods that are faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
If goods are found to be faulty after 28 days but within 6 months from the date of receipt of goods, Pointy Faces will exchange or repair the product subject to the fault occurring from general wear and tear. In cases of product misuse or products not cared for in line with the products care instructions, Pointy Faces will not be liable.
Under the Sale Of Goods Act Pointy Faces will not be held liable for any goods after 6 months from the date of receipt of goods.
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English and Welsh Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English and Welsh Law and the English and Welsh Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
