We enjoyed a couple of nights camping in the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales at the weekend. It was extra special as it was not only Bella's first-time camping, but also her first ever holiday! We found some products particularly helpful whilst on our holiday and wanted to share.
Easy Antler Chew and Treats
On arrival at the campsite, we settled Bella down in her Bed and gave her a brand new Easy Chew Antler to keep her entertained whilst we set up camp. It also kept her happy in the evenings as we relaxed around the campfire. We bought some of her favourite healthy treats for her to enjoy on rest stops during walkies and traveling. We opted for a pack of Dental Support Sausages due to them being a bit more substantial and filling than your average treat!
Insect Shield Snood
I thought that bugs would prove to be an issue for Bella especially at this time of year. However, she wore her Insect Shield Snood at the campsite and on walks and was not irritated by them at all...Unlike her humans!
Travel Water Bottle with Bowl
Bella’s Travel Water Bottle with Bowl came in super handy when traveling in the car, camping and walking. The hook is a big bonus allowing it to be attached to the outside of a backpack making more space for tasty treats!
Microfibre Dog Towel
We took a couple of Pointy Faces Microfibre Towels. They are so compact we even took one with us in our backpack whilst out walking. We dipped one into a lake for a cool down mid-walk. They also proved useful to wipe paws (and feet) before heading into the tent and to bed.
We loved exploring Snowdonia and I'm sure it won't be long until we visit again. We would love to hear about your houndie holidays and know if there is anywhere you would recommend.
