Returns

 

Please measure your dog accurately and according to the listing instructions for collars, coats, jumpers and bedding.

If you find that an item does not fit or is not suitable, please refer to the returns form printed on the back of your invoice or contact us within 14 days by filling out the contact form below to arrange a return. Returned items can only be accepted if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.

Coats, collars, jumpers and jackets must be unwashed and free of dirt and hair.

 

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. Once we have received the returned item, we can send the correct size (postage will be charged at cost price) or issue a refund.
